LOMENS formed in April 2023. After having spent their first year relentlessly writing, rehearsing and crafting a sound in their own studio (Green Door Music) LOMENS finally went active and released their first single “Twisted Alive” in August 2024 and then followed up with their second single “The Art of Acceptance” one month later. The band then went on to release their third single “Pieces (Of Me)” to coincide with the announcement of their first headline show at local venue THE PARISH, Huddersfield in January 2025 after a successful run of shows in 2024.

The band combine a high energy blend of Alternative/Progressive music with the reverb drenched soundscapes of Post Rock and Psychedelia all underpinned with tinges of Math Rock and Modern Indie. The band are not afraid to experiment and push themselves to write music that is undoubtedly themselves.

LOMENS take influence from an eclectic mix of bands and music ranging from Muse and The Mars Volta to the likes of Radiohead, Arcane Roots, Delta Sleep and Bloc Party but to name a few.

The band have crafted an exciting yet immersive live show fit for the bigger stages that they aspire to play aswell as the more intimate venues. LOMENS have been playing regular live shows since going active and intend on keeping that momentum going throughout 2025.
